Read 2 Succeed has reminded educators the importance of a literacy rich environment and how it supports learners in the classroom. At a recent meeting with Literacy Coaches from the state of South Carolina, I was introduced to Melissa Wells. Mrs. Wells is the Literacy Coach at Woodland Heights Elementary in Spartanburg and created a Smore flyer showcasing what literacy looked like in her Kindergarten classroom.
